With a career built across agency and in-house environments, I specialise in making sense of complex problems, delivering executive-relevant insight, and leading initiatives that create meaningful results: increasing NPS by 2.7 points, increasing online conversion by 3.7pp, and delivering >7x ROI.
My work spans research, service design, and organisational strategy, with a focus on experience-driven OKRs and commercial outcomes.

I’m an elder millennial with strong opinions about Negroni ratios, Post-it notes, and the best cafés.
There’s a whiteboard in nearly every room of my house for sketching data viz inspo, designing board games, or my next recipe. If I’m not on those, you’ll find me bouldering, at pub trivia, or tweaking the audio setup I don’t need. I like people who think deeply, challenge kindly, and laugh at the absurdity of it all.
Professionally? I’m into complex systems, customer insight, and solving problems that don’t come with instructions.
Personally? I’m into chats that spiral into wild tangents.
